We were very proud and honoured to have recently been part of team Buttrub along with Byron Chism to be invited to help cook for the U.S. ambassador to the U.K. Matthew Barzun at his residence in London, as part of a special Southern U.S. dinner party, attended by 350 guests including dignitaries and stars alike. Definitely a day we will never forget!

Coalville Food Festival Saturday 23rd November. We will have Brisket, Pulled Pork and the (often described as dangerous) ‘POW’! Pig meets Cow. See you there.
Our latest catering was out at Old Sausthorpe Hall in Lincolnshire, assisting our fellow BBQ team Bite the Bullet, cooking for a Help for Heroes event. A fantastic day was had by all, with great bands playing and a heap of money raised for our Heroes. Everyone loved the food provided and hopefully some new lovers of U.S. style BBQ were introduced.
We can also provide private classes in the art of ‘Low and Slow’ BBQ. Here are some pictures from a recent class held in York. Hopefully these guys will be forming a new team and entering their first competition in August.
